The Party is Valoria’s permanent leading political institution, but it is not meant to replace routine government, courts, public services, or civic life.

Plain English

The Party sets political direction. Government bodies still administer, legislate, judge cases, and deliver services through their own lawful roles.

Common Concern

A permanent Party can look immune from change. The protection covers only its existence and leading function, not any leader, committee, policy, or internal rule.

The protected core

No Valorian institution may dissolve, abolish, prohibit, or replace the Party with a non-Politeian governing organization.

The Party’s current leadership, departments, factions, procedures, policies, and interpretations remain corrigible. They may be disciplined, replaced, reorganized, or radically rebuilt.

Leadership without substitution

In a mature order, routine administration belongs to the State Executive Council, ministries, courts, public bodies, regional governments, and civic institutions.

The Party leads constitutionally without turning every school, court, enterprise, or ministry into a Party department.
